August Inspiration

We feel inspired by the mix of warm and cool colors in this curated August color palette. There is something magical about this time of year, you can just barley see fall on the horizon and the warm colors tones it brings, but it’s still very much the dead of summer and you breathe in the cool tones. The mix lets us know that the heat will soon subside and the cool crisp air is coming. We hope you find some joy in the juxtaposition of this palette.

Once the colors for our August color palette were curated, we began to feel the colors so we could define a visual aesthetic. When designing style boards, we always feel it is best to look at the board as a whole and lean into the feeling it gives you. For our August board we wanted to portray a modern, fun, and hopeful feeling. Reminding us of the joys of summer and giving a nod to the new season blooming.
